RosterFlare is a Canadian sports graphics design studio. The website displays portfolio examples and packages. Project inquiries are submitted through an embedded form hosted by Tally (tally.so), not through the website itself.

Information you share

If you submit a project inquiry, Tally collects information that may include your name, email address, team name, sport, package choice, preferred deadline, and project description, as well as photos or logos you choose to upload. We use this information to respond, provide quotations, and fulfil any agreed design services. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your initial inquiry.

Photos and team assets

You may upload photos, team logos, and related information using the Tally form or provide them separately when requested. You must have appropriate permission to share these assets. Photos of minors require suitable authorization. We do not publish customer-submitted assets in our portfolio without separate permission.

Hosting and service providers

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical request data to deliver and secure the site. RosterFlare uses Tally to collect and store inquiry responses and optional file uploads. Your browser connects to Tally when viewing the embedded form; see Tally’s privacy information for its data processing. Pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive connection information. We will update this policy if we add analytics or a payment provider.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry and order information only for as long as reasonably needed for customer service, recordkeeping, and applicable legal obligations. Contact us at hello@rosterflare.ca to ask about information you shared or request deletion, subject to applicable requirements.
